Discriminate Media is a small web design collective established and organized by Brian M. Clark for the purposes of cataloging and promoting work by marginal artists and organizations that would otherwise not receive serious exposure. Discriminate Media sites tend not to incorporate the latest cutting-edge web design elements, but are instead intended to function as simple, comprehensive, user-friendly archives of work by artists and organizations that lack mainstream commercial appeal.
